    Autoclaved Aerated Concrete “SMART BLOCK” is consisted of light weight concrete for structural works and light weight concrete block for decoration works. They are manufactured by high standard factory with all processes protection system, and with high-pressure steam system “Cement Base” formula has been accepted that the best quality and durable. This makes “SMART BLOCK” received a certification from Thai Industrial Standards no. 1505-1998. All blocks have equal quality, accurate dimensions and smooth surface for easy construction by using a few millimeters thickness of cement and not over 1 millimeter for coat that leads to the reduction of cements. With the light weight but strong, which can protect the heat, sound, noise absorption, fire proof more than 4-hour. Hence, “SMART BLOCK” is trusted from both public and private organizations to join many of national constructional projects.

    Currently, the company can produce autoclaved aerated concrete ranked from 2nd grade or “G2” (for construction structuring with foundation pile and beam)  to 6th grade or “G6” (for construction structuring without foundation pile and beam), and the thickness starts from 7.5 centimeters to the maximum of thickness at 20 centimeters.
